Opening Night Gala
Celebrate the start of the 2006 Dreamspeakers Film Festival at the Opening Night Gala. This year's opening feature is Gil Cardinal's Indian Summer: The Oka Crisis.

Youth Day
Thursday, June 8 will be the featured "Youth Day" of the Festival with entertaining and informative sessions for young storytellers, filmmakers, and actors. Youth (ages 15-20) will benefit from an outstanding lineup of events including: four films, two actor workshops, two agent workshop, guest speakers, and door prizes. This year we've added a Two-minute Video Contest for a cash prize (only registered participants are eligible and video submissions must be received by May 15, 2006). The film presentations and workshops will be held at the Stanley A. Milner Library and Citadel Theatre with an amazing ticket price of only $50.00 for the entire day.

Walk of Honor Gala
Dreamspeakers Festival Society proudly extends an invitation to an exclusive evening with actors, directors, producers, municipal, provincial, and national politicians and the public as we gather together to raise funds for the Aboriginal Walk of Honour in Edmonton – a legacy of the Aboriginal Peoples who helped establish the foundation of this country.
This year's featured performer is Country star Charlie Major. Tickets are $125 each, or a table of ten for $1250.
